Conditions
The reservation is valid after receiving your written confirmation by email or fax. A confirmation means that there is a deal between you and Hotel El Mono Feliz.
ReservationA deposit of the equivalent of one (1) night is required at the time of confirmation. Reservations made for the period December 24 until January 1 and during the Easter week requires a deposit of equivalent of two (2) nights at the the time of confirmation. Upon receipt of your payment we will email you an invoice confirming the details of the booking.
Cancellation All cancellation requests must be addressed in writing to email adress: info@elmonofeliz.com or fax 786 5147.
- Cancellation requests made no more than 14 (fourteen) days and no less than 3 (three) days prior to the confirmed arrival date are subject to a penalization equal to the price of 2 (two) nights.
- Cancellation requests within 2 (two) days to the confirmed arrival date or a “no-show” are 100% non refundable. No refunds will be granted either for unused portions of the reservation due to an early departure.
- Different cancellation policies for reservations made for Christmas, New Year and Easter may apply. Please contact Hotel El Mono Feliz. If a reservation necessarily (and beyond our power) has to be changed, we will take any necessary step to offer you a substitute accommodation of the same quality.
Hotel El Mono Feliz cannot be held responsible for any loss or damages caused by reasons beyond our control (‘force majeure’), such as: molest, natural catastrophes, fire, tidal waves, strikes, earthquakes etc. Our guests can be held responsible for any damages they inflict to Hotel El Mono Feliz, other guests and there properties. We have tried to inform you as accurately as possible. We can not be held responsible for mistakes, changes in prices and other causes we cannot act upon. Hotel El Mono Feliz always has the right to change the advertized prices, without notice beforehand. De Gelukkige Aap S.A.
